Kirk began actively writing around 1990 when he found himself inspired by a highschool creative writing class. Initially drawn to short stories and even toying with the idea of a novel, kirk found his way into poetry.
Kirk has diverse tastes ranging from shakespearean sonnets all the way to totally underground L.A. based hip hop. Check out two of his completely original offerings presented here.
A good deal of kirk's writing extends beyond the scope and focus of this site . . . we jokingly refer to his other works being best suited for negativemind.com ;-)
